The time, energy and cost expended to get material to each level of a High-Rise Building are a challenge for every construction site.  Previously, personnel/material hoists or material landing platforms were the only choices available.  Now, however, there are is a new option.

The Magic Adjustable Arm designed and patented by Con Tex Products offers a new and effective solution to the old problem of material stocking/handling on mid/hi-rise projects.   This new tool will allow loads up to 5000 lbs to be brought into any side of a building, on any level. 

Not only is the Magic Adjustable Arm less limiting for access but it is more time efficient.  Instead of waiting for a Material Hoist to take up loads, or waiting to relocate a material landing platform, you will be able to continuously place loads with the Magic Arm – to any side of the building with crane accessibility.

Another innovative designed patented by Con Tex Products is the Magic Concrete Bucket.  In lieu of the traditional concrete bucket, the Magic Bucket uses a cam-lever action jaw design that will allow concrete to flow smoothly out of the bucket and allows that flow to be cut off quickly when desired.

By using the rope attached to the bucket handle, you control the amount and flow of concrete at all times. The bucket  is easily operable 5’ to 20’ overhead unlike traditional buckets because of rebar steel that will not let you reach the handle. The standard cam-lever jaws on other buckets make it impossible to control the flow of concrete with the rope pulling handle.
